    • Placing an Order

  Orders can be placed directly through our website.

  Ensure that all details, including shipping address and product specifications, are correct before confirming the order.

  Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Order Processing & Dispatch

  Orders are processed within [2] business days after payment confirmation.   Custom/personalized items may take additional processing time.

  Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations

  Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  After this period, changes may not be possible as the order will be in processing.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy
    • Return Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Defective or damaged items received.

✅ Incorrect product sent.

✅ Size mismatch (for T-shirts/hoodies/sweatshirts/polo t-shirts only).

We do not accept returns for:

❌ Personalized or custom-made items.

❌ Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

❌ Minor color variations due to screen differences.

  • Return Process

  To initiate a return, contact us at jebaatstore@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order.

  Provide order details and images of the product issue.

  Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

  • Refund & Exchange Policy

  Exchanges: If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

 

  Return Shipping Costs:

  If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we cover the return shipping cost.

  For size exchanges or non-defective returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

  1. Non-Delivery & Lost Packages

  If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

 Lost packages will be investigated with the courier service before issuing a refund or reshipment.
